An "opening to the heart with grace" yoga class that is gentle yet challenging, this class helps to create alignment with the body through stretching. Modifications are taught to patients undergoing treatment at Shaw Regional Cancer Center as well as cancer survivors. This yoga class is now open to the public.

Location: Jack's Place yoga room (adjacent to Shaw Regional Cancer Center)

Time/Date:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  10 AM

Fee: $6 drop-in fee or purchase a punch card—five punches for $25 or 15 punches for $75 (includes one free class!)
