An opening to the heart with grace yoga class that is gentle yet challenging. This class helps to create alignment with the body, stretching and modifications to patients undergoing treatment at the Shaw Cancer Center as well as cancer survivors.   Our yoga class is now open to the public.

Location: Jack's Place Yoga room (adjacent to the Shaw Cancer Center)

Time/Date:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10AM

Fee:  $20 punch card.  $5 drop in fee.
